1. Delivery area

We currently deliver within Jaipur, Rajasthan and select nearby areas. If your PIN code falls outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check availability before placing an order.

2. Delivery timelines

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, local traffic, or unavailability of fresh stock for a particular fruit.

3. Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹999 or more: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹999: a flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies, shown at checkout.

4. Order tracking

Since orders are fulfilled locally, our team will call or message you on the mobile number provided to confirm the delivery window.

5. Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled, with any applicable refund handled as per our Refund Policy.

6. Packaging

Fruit is packed in ventilated, food-safe packaging to keep it fresh during transit. We encourage refrigerating perishable items promptly after delivery.
